- Producing, maintaining financial records, checking the data for accuracy and produce reports.
- Preparing, managing and monitoring company’s finances and budget, including payroll, taxes (BIR), importations (customs and shipping) , employees benefits including SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and various other payments.
- Preparing, managing and analysing of financial information for financial statements including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.
- Reconciling financial discrepancies.
- Ensuring the financial accounts are maintained in compliance with accepted procedures and internal and external policies.
- Recommending financial actions by planning, analysing, maintaining, monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Managing submissions and deadlines, and ensuring the company's permits, licenses and other documents are compliant and continuously up to date.
- Document verification, document handling, data entry operation, administrative assistance.
- Securing documents and maintaining account controls by preparing, recommending and following policies, procedures and internal controls.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree or Vocational Diploma in Finance / Accounting / Banking / Management / Commerce / Economics or Equivalent.
- Must be Proficient in MS Office Excel and MS Word (MS Office), MS Visio and other software is a plus.
- With 2 year work experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Good follow-up and coordination skills (oral and written)
- Good analytical skills and the capability to make sound judgement to develop creative and resourceful solutions
- Good work ethics, organize, results-oriented, able to handle multi-tasking job and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Positive, team oriented, high energy, upbeat personality, flexible, and with a keen eye to details.
- Can work with minimal or no supervision
- Performs other related tasks as required by management.
- Must be a Filipino citizens and hold relevant residence status.
- Must be willing to work immediately.
