Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares monthly schedule of branch and department audits;
- Conducts monthly financial and operational audits of stores and departments within the Group;
- Conducts investigation on reported fraud and other financial/operational issues that require independent assurance;
- Conducts Mystery Shopping audits in coordination with Operations and Customer Service;
- Documents findings and recommendations through audit reports presented to the branch/department;
- Follows through and documents resolution of audit findings;
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, semestral and annual summary of audit findings
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Business course, preferably with major in Internal Audit, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting;
- With at least 4 years of experience;
- Adept knowledge in MS Office;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Has business and process walk through, Risk assessment, Development of audit program and procedures;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
