Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Administration of Cisco/UCCX, Asterisk, Vicidial Voice Applications and third-party tools
- Monitor communication/data server clusters to ensure peak performance
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system outages and trouble tickets
- Provide capacity, performance, uptime and security reporting
- The overall maintenance, support and troubleshooting functions of Cisco’s Call Manager, Asterisk and Vicidial VoIP PBXs
- Understand business needs and address them through relevant call routing programming
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of system design, operation and procedure manuals
- Assist with project implementations and other tasks as requested
- Participate in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response as needed
- Provide in-person training and support to team members
- Mentor other team members
Kualifikasi Minimum
Required:
- At least 5 years of experience in the administration of several voice platform specifically:
- Cisco
- Asterisk
- Vicidial
- Hands on experience in configuring and managing call center scripts
- Hands on experience in configuring gateways and routers for voice
- Experience supporting call recording applications
- Vendor Relationship Management
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, team members and clients
- Ability to occasionally work after-hours as required
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience in provisioning and troubleshooting Cisco Jabber clients, Cisco IP Communicator and Finesse
- Basic Cisco Routing and Switching methodologies
- Experience with VMware servers
- Experience with Cisco Jabber
- Any Cisco Collab/Telco certification
