Data Quality and Operations Analyst  

Overview:

Full Potential Solutions is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for the Market Strategy Insights organization. This individual contributor will be part of a team that produce marketing insights and high-level reports that is presented to all employees and C-level executives of the company.

As an integral part of the team, you will play a key role in enabling data driven decision making, serving as a bridge through the business to design and scale ways to communicate complex multi-dimensional data sets in sophisticated way. Being highly strategic, analytical and a problem solver with a keen eye for detail, you will act as a catalyst in providing our stakeholders with in-depth data insight and will take a consultative approach to defining and building upon requirements and products. You will work with a complex stakeholder landscape to turn data into critical insights and knowledge to support data driven decision making. With an understanding of the core business needs in hand, you’ll use your analytical skills (Excel, programming, SQL) and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) to develop solutions that will help move the business forward and enable better decisions to be made in less time.

Responsibilities:

Data Syndication and Analysis

• Understand how data needs to be extracted, organized, processed, and prepared for analysis
• Apply data manipulation skills and tools (Excel, SQL, etc.) to cleanse, organize, and aggregate operational data in structured formats for use in reporting and analysis.
• Integrate, synthesize, and relate information to help project manager generate holistic and actionable insights

Administrative and Project Management Support

• Keep project status updated in project management tools and maintain a meticulous documentation (e.g., project financials, schedule, issues, risks, change control decisions)
• Provide high-quality customer service and regularly communicate project status (timelines, progress, and challenges) to technology and business stakeholders.

Full disclosure: As a global organization, there may be a need to attend calls/meetings after/before standard office hours during the week.

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business (Business Ad, Marketing, Economics)
• 1-3 years solid working experience with demonstration of success in providing critical analytics and admin support to large and cross-functional programs, preferably in MNCs or any global organization.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office project management tools (Planner, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint)
• Experience working in data quality projects using traditional as well as Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Exposure to project management tools like Rally, Jira, and Wiki is a plus
