IT Project Manager(ITPM) has the overall responsibility for the planning and control of IT related projects. IT Project Manager is responsible to ensure that all phases of IT projects life cycle are properly planned, coordinated, monitored, logged and tracked appropriately. ITPM will partner and align with Operations & Client Services on new campaign implementations, and coordinate with internal IT teams to prioritize, to schedule, develop and release solutions.
- Engage, prioritize, and partner with multiple shared services IT teams to address, diagnose and resolve issues.
- Coordinate and collaborate with IT leadership to develop and improve customer solutions, such as Client/Partner contact center software, custom applications, reporting, websites, self-service, and machine learning applications.
- Drive compliance with industry best practices for system implementation and technical architecture standards, maximum code reuse, testability, application integration, performance, reliability, manageability, and security.
- Actively drive idea generation and contribute to forward-thinking ideas through the entire agile lifecycle: brainstorming, development, delivery, maintenance and decommissioning.
- Produce detailed functional and technical application specific documents.
- Design and develop reusable components and operational strategies in the cloud to support scalability, high availability, performance, monitoring, backup, restore, etc.
- Deliver solutions quickly from concept to production with confidence to deliver a polished, finished product.
- Assist with incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution and identify opportunities to be proactive vs. reactive and prevent recurring incidents.
- Convey technical issues and material to a non-technical audience.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- IT Infrastructure experience a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science is preferred
- Experience using standard tools and techniques (ssh, bash, unix scripting, etc).
- Experience in Agile Software Development, application frameworks, and application testing technologies
- Familiarity with software and Infrastructure Change Management, Release Management, and Source Code Configuration Control
