Deskripsi Pekerjaan
As German Non-voice CSR, you will be responsible for the following, among others:
- Provides exceptional customer service at all times
- Provides 'First Contact Resolution' whenever possible
- Answers Live Chat sessions and Support Tickets in a professional and timely manner
- Uses professional language at all times
- Promotes the features and benefits of using Freelancer and Freemarket sites
- Handles and investigates customer complaints and recommends solutions. - •Follows through on mutually agreed remedy
- Effectively articulate complex information to a variety of technical and non-technical users
- Rewrites the website copy in the target language, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained.
- Liaises with the International Project Management team and multilingual staff members to discuss any unclear translation or points in the website.
- Proofreads and edits final translated versions
- Uses the internet, email, online dictionaries, thesauruses and translation references as research tools throughout the translation process to find the closest equivalents for terminology and words used
- Prioritizes translation work to meet deadlines
- Provides the company website a grammatically correct, well-expressed final version of the translated text.
- Incorporates changes in work practices in response to changes requested by management
- Understands that Freelancer is a dynamic web service and is willing to embrace changes in the services we offer and promotes these positively to the marketplace
- Adheres to Freelancer policies and procedures
- Actively contributes to team meetings and training sessions
- Offers suggestions for improvement
- Performs other duties as required
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Required languages: German, English
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Fluent in written and spoken American English
- Fluent in the required language (German, both written and spoken)
- Excellent / proven technical knowledge in computers, specifically PC troubleshooting, knowledgeable in OS, Win95/98/2000/XP and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Support Suite and Live Response and advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in the language (but not required for natives)
