Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Overall supervision of all Frabelle compounds.
- Ensure safety measures and security protocols are implemented at all times.
- Coordinate with the Management regarding issues for investigation.
- Acts as Firearms Custodian.
- Conduct monthly meetings with the Assistant Department Heads for updates and relative developments in their area of responsibility.
- Write and review security-related documents such as incident reports or proposals.
- Create or implement security standards, policies and procedures.
- Oversee internal or external investigations, reports on violation of regulations, policies, or procedures; Create reports on these as needed by the Management.
- Plan and coordinate security operations for company events.
- Anticipate possible security threats or breaches and propose plans or procedures to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or other company property.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any four-year course
- Licensed Private Security Officer and has completed Security Officer Industry Regulations Seminar
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a security agency is a plus
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good managerial skills to lead personnel in his department
- Good communication skills (oral/written English)
