Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Communicate with both clients and team members regarding field schedules and its details and other curriculum support tasks.
- Coordinator is responsible for assigning and confirming field tasks of CSOs in both private and public schools.
- Processing and resolving client requests through internal coordination with other departments such as Marketing, Dev Team, Technical and Admin
- Coordinate and monitor Curriculum Support in our satellite offices in Pampanga, Cebu and Davao
- Process and resolve partner clients' requests, inquiries and concerns that were gathered through CSO field works and other forms of communication such as through text, call or email
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree holder in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Education or related courses.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under limited supervision
- Flexible, fast learner and with initiative
- Persistent and patient in dealing with the concerns of the client.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
