Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support Human Resources processes in Recruitment such as administering tests, scheduling interviews, maintaining records, posting of job openings and conducting initial interviews
- Participate in career fairs for recruitment and company branding
- Conduct onboarding orientation to newly hired employees
- Assist in the implementation of the company’s Technograds Partnership Program
- Perform clerical tasks related to Human Resources
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or any related course
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally
- Familiarity with Recruitment Strategies is an advantage
- Has the ability to work independently
- Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
