Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle outbound calls
- Gather customer information
- Understand customer needs
- Answer customer inquiry regarding products and purchasing procedure
- Call prospects to explain products, services, prices, discounts, and delivery schedule
- Invite customers to attend product presentation
- Close sale
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 2 years vocational course of college graduate
- With at least 6 months call center experience
- Experience in sales
- Experience in outbound calls
- Good working attitude
- Willing to learn
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Can handle pressure
- Female
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Excellent in writing and speaking English
- Should have MLM experience
- Experience in using Microsoft office
