Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Support the company vision through front line management of Store Associates.
Primary responsibility is to support the Store Manager’s effort in driving Associates
to execute their job and duties by supporting a fun, challenging, and rewarding culture.
All company Assistant Managers are considered Co-Managers in Training.
Is Accountable for:
- Sales Performance
- Operational Discipline.
- Visual Execution in Partnership with the VM
- Teamwork
- Customer Service
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With at least 6-8 years of Retail experience
- Good communication ability, interpersonal, written and verbal
- High-flexibility with schedule required
- Time management aptitude
- Delegate and follow-up appropriately and effectively
- Maintain confidentiality
- Comply with company handbooks, codes, guidelines, directives, policies and procedures
- Basic computer and math proficiency
- Leadership dimensions: Demonstrate integrity, lead by example, plan and execute company objectives, communication, coach and develop and motivates
