Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- You will be empowered to take full responsibility and analyze the operations of the business
- Analytics – Track KPIs (lots of it) to improve operations performance, and take customer experience to the next level!
- Strategy – proactively proposing new strategies to improve both the countries and the region. We are not this kind of company where we want to maintain the status quo. We always want to be one step ahead
- Responsible for developing new SOPs, new processes and automated solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of country operations
- Initiate and manage special projects to improve processes
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s or Master degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering or any other quantitative similar field
- Excellent Excel, SQL and data visualization experiences
- Preferably with experience in Tableau and Google Data Studio
- Programming languages such as R & Python are a plus
- 1-2 years of work experience in consulting, investment banking or high growth startups
- Strong interpersonal skills, can work independently and is reliable
- Strong analytical skills. Loves numbers, see trends and transform them to meaningful insights
- Open-minded and eager to learn even the most minimal detail of the business
- Willing to question the status quo when needed
