However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Senior Partner Care Manager to join our team in Luzon.
What's on the menu for you to do:
- You will lead a territory with a team of Partner Care Managers in Luzon to attain and exceed monthly and quarterly individual and team targets
- You should have the ability to lead by example and step in when and where needed to pitch, negotiate, and ultimately close deals for the team with a high level of expertise, professionalism, and service
- You will manage and be responsible for the work relationship with the C & D vendors that will be assigned to the team through building good rapport, representing the company by being the vendors’ POC for their brand/s and ensuring vendor performance metrics are met
- You will manage the commercial aspects of your team/vendor portfolio which calls for you to provide revenue-generating executions to the provided projects such as: renegotiation of commissions, getting vendor-funded deals, non-commission revenue items
- You will be assigned to liaise with the different internal Departments on behalf of your team/vendor portfolio’s needs (ie. vendor has concerns with the Finance Team for their payment, you will follow the internal processes so you can respond to your vendor accordingly)
- You must follow all the internal processes and policies such as making sure your vendor portfolio’s details in the tools (Salesforce, backend, etc.) are up to date and accurate
- You will analyze vendor performance to identify gaps and ensure that all vendors in your portfolio maintain a high customer experience standard; and if the performance is not within the thresholds, you will manage and help them achieve the metrics
- Hire, train, and develop Partner Care Managers in selling strategy, product, presentation skills, soft skills, etc.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by the Manager/Head of Account Management/Commercial Director to ensure quota achievement

Kualifikasi Minimum
What will make you a great match:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Preferably a local of Luzon and has market knowledge of the area assigned
- Minimum of 2-3 years in sales or account management with demonstrated accomplishment of leading teams to consistently exceed targets and manage daily metrics
- Strong leadership skills to ensure both short- and long-term business goals, objectives, and targets are met
- Past sales experience in B2B, E-commerce, F&B, hotel and leisure, restaurant vendors, insurance, or pharmaceutical will be advantageous
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
- Great Interpersonal and communication skills; Strong negotiation skills is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
