Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mainly responsible for assisting the Purchasing Department regarding the needs for supply of products and services essential for our company’s operations. Will strategize to find the most cost-effective deals and suppliers.
- Formulate best ways to minimize our procurement expenses so that the company can invest in its growth and people. responsible for the supply of products and services essential for our company’s operations.
- Will strategize to find the most cost-effective deals and suppliers.
- Prepares and develops bid documents and suppliers lists to obtain competitive quotations on commodities and services that meets criteria such as price, quantity, quality, security, and delivery date or time line.
- Responsible for the checking and inspection of all supplies, services, equipment and the like to ensure the compliance of the requirements.
- Secure the corresponding forms and documentation based on the proper purchasing processes.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education/Certification: College/Bachelor’s degree in any Business related field or any (4) Four year course.
- Required Knowledge: Knowledge in Purchasing practices, procedures and policies.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point applications
Computer and other communication tool applications
Social Media application and networking knowhow is an advantage - Experience Required: At least 2-3 years meaningful purchasing/procurement experience preferably from the same industry.
Preferably Male and must have his own motorcycle.
