Sales Manager  

Job Description:

• Managing sales performance to meet/exceed the sales target and business expectations and ensure it’s in line with the business direction.
• Create positive business relationships with new and existing customers through client visits and project bidding.
• Forecasting sales and setting sales targets as well as forecasting and managing costs and budgetary requirements to ensure maximum sales management efficiency.
• Monitoring overall sales volume as well as market trends and competitors.
• Provide support for the sales team, manage the team schedule, and allocate team resources to meet sales objectives of the company.
• Report on weekly monthly and quarterly sales performance.
• Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team.
• Instruct regular on the job training sessions, including communication, troubleshooting skills, new products, system use and policies or process to the sales team.

Qualification:

• Must have at least 3-5 years experience related.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• With experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
• With experience in customer relationship management.
• With experience managing and directing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• With experience in Overseas Clients Sales is an advantage.
• With strong personality and can handle pressure.
• Ability to travel at least 70% of the time
• Willing to work on-site from Mondays to Saturdays at Robinsons Cyber Sigma, Mckinley West Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
• (With background in Ecommerce/Logistics/Supply Chains)
