Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide appropriate medical/clinical assistance to all employees
- Update, monitor and keep clinic forms and documentation for standard procedure and reporting purposes which includes inventory of clinic supplies, medical records, and other documents.
- Will act as one of the Company’s assigned Safety Coordinators
- Facilitate training to the employees that are related to Health and Safety of employees, On boarding and New Hire Orientation.
- Liaise with HMO provider; Maintains and update membership list on a timely basis
- Reporting of health incidents, and knowledgeable on DOLE compliance and reporting
- Responds to General inquiry
- Work on admin duties assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Nursing or equivalent.
- Accreditation in Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge in government regulations and compliance
- Knowledge in OSH audit and compliance
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Willing to be a roving Nurse (Laguna and Sta. Rosa Area)
- Willing to work on-site in Cabuyao, Laguna.
