Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Monitors and analyzes project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and;
- To propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects.
- Base on the data, dig out the problems and coordinate with network to address it until the final.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Lazada / Shopee Logistic experience for atleast 2-3 years
- Good command in English
- Competent in management people, negotiation skill to handle customer feedback and task management under lead time.
- Enthusiastic and result oriented.
- Good analytical skills for improvement.
- Good relationship building and teamwork.
- Work well under pressure
- Computer literature in Microsoft Office, Excel, Report creative.
