Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- In charge of answering customer inquiries and processing orders via email, facebook, SMS, and call.
- Documentation of receipts, forms and other pertinent materials.
- Facilitating orders properly by encoding data proficiently.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff and logistics staff for smooth operational functions.
- Reporting to senior management on a daily basis.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1 year office experience
- Experienced in using Google drive, documents, sheets and forms
- Must be versed in using Apps like Whatsapp, Viber, Messenger and knows how to operate a smartphone.
- Passionate about health, fitness and nutrition.
- Customer service experience and dealing with irate customers.
- Proficient in English reading, writing and speaking.
- Has a pleasing personality and is a team player
- Decent problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Trainable and hardworking
- Patient and strongwilled -- can work under pressure and stress.
