Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the usual repair and maintenance requirements of the plant's utility systems (e.g. air-conditioning system,lighting system, production equipments) and fire detection & alarm systems/equipment
- Prepare budgets, purchase requests and bid specifications for the department's supplies and maintenance projects
- Assist in securing related necessary permits from government units
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Has a Bachelor's Degree in either Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Has at least 1 year experience in building maintenance and repair
- Thorough knowledge on drawing and interpreting electrical diagrams
- Has background on installing electrical devices, motors, wirings and appliances
- Has background on interpreting piping/plumbing layouts
- Has background on fabrication works
- Knowledge on using electrical tools and test instruments
- Good written and oral communication skills

Overview
First Philec was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 8, 2004 to serve as an intermediate holding company for all manufacturing investments of its parent company, FPH.
