Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Report directly to the over-all Production Head.
- Supervise a production section: managing and monitoring of the activities assigned to a given shift.
- Lead the daily huddle, communicate the production plan to operators to ensure that daily targets are met.
- Ensure that all team members are provided with proper protective equipments (e.g. gloves, safety shoes, etc) before deployment in the production area
- Submit reports of production activities, results and inventory of finished goods on a shift- and daily basis.
- Supervise, support and mentor cadet engineers working on process improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with the other teams in Supply Chain through a weekly meeting.
- Strategize and make decisions on issues arising in the production section of responsibility.
- Coordinate with the research and design teams on projects that require the use of production resources for prototyping or testing.
- Ensure that product specifications & manufacturing procedures comply with regulations and customer requests.
- Ensure in-line quality control through industry known programs such as ISO and Six Sigma.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Skills in supervising and managing rank and file employees
- Good people management skills: coach and motivate people, resolve conflicts, impose discipline
- Proficient and experienced in resource optimization, production planning, mechanics of materials, process improvement and in-line quality control
- Effective oral and written communication of instructions
- Able to anticipate effects of operational decisions to the overall health of the business
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Able to perform systems and operations monitoring & analysis
- Able to diagnose and analyze the nature of problems and facilitate initiatives to solve them

Overview
