- Ensures accuracy and timely booking and processing of Margin and Mutual Funds transactions
- Prepares Margin transaction reports and ensures accuracy of Margin levels and interest computation
- Prepares Mutual Funds order forms/reports prior to sign-off of authorized officers
- Processes booking of Mutual Fund orders via the back office system, to reflect accurate figures in client’s portfolio
- Processes remittance of payment for Mutual Fund subscription orders, and crediting of client account for redemption orders.
- Works closely with the Sales Group and Accounting Department regarding matters that need immediate attention
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Education: College graduate of a four-year business course preferably in accounting or management, or at least two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years experience related to loans processing/credit analysis / mutual funds processing
- Knowledge: Knowledge of basic accounting principles, cash settlement and stock trading operations.
- Skill: Arithmetic reasoning, computation, and clerical perception.
- Personality: Organized and systematic, analytical, patient and good with detail.
