Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct Investment Company Representative Certification Program (ICRCP) for all qualified CIS-Applicants.
- Improve and implement existing learning and development programs of ADD.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify the learning needs of existing CIS.
- Design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning interventions that will promote productivity and activation of CIS.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in any of these Business courses:
- Studies
- Administration
- Economics
- Management
- Marketing
- 3 years or more relevant experience in sales, learning development, and agency management - preferably in a life insurance setting.
- Presentation, facilitation, and management skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
