Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties as follows:
- Primary person that handles and coordinates company events
- Compile and filing of HR documents
- Perform timekeeping for payroll purposes
- Preparation of monthly summary reports on tardiness and absences including memo to each associate
- Preparation, posting and submission of required documents to government offices (SSS, PHIC, HDMF & BIR)
- Preparation of monthly request for payments (government remittances, fees, etc.)
- Timely preparation of documents, enrollment & deletion of company given benefits to associates
- Perform email announcements and reminder blast to associates
- Perform others duties assigned by immediate head from time to time

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- With at least 1-2yrs experience in the same field.
- Detailed oriented & fast learner
- Willing to work in Makati
- Can start immediately
