Human Resource (HR) Manager

Our exceptional HR manager will lead our recruitment and human resources initiatives. The HR Manager will join our management team and report directly to the CEO. You can expect a fast-paced, intense, and deeply fulfilling professional environment.

• 3+ years in HR management, operations, or business development
• Experience working in an international environment either abroad or in a multi-national
• Experience in process design and improvement
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with fluency in English

In addition, an ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for all things HR including employee development & organizational structure
• Worked directly with the Executive leadership team in a previous role
• Experience in HR management for both international and Filipino employees
