- Responsible for the end to end recruitment process.
- Ensures that all vacancies are served within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Facilitates and monitors proper on-boarding of new hires
- Maintain the sufficiency of all recruitment forms
- Provide regular Recruitment Reports/Key Documents
- Regularly coordinate with hiring managers regarding hiring concerns
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Behavioral Science or equivalent
- Must have at least 1 year of working experience
- Preferably with experience in handling volume recruitment/targeted selection.
- Must be confident,a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work in Manila
