We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

This role plays an important role in providing consistent, centralized support to Talent Acquisition as we identify finalist candidates to move to the final interview and offer stage of the full cycle recruiting process as well as onboarding and probation period.

In order to success in this role, you must have a sound knowledge of all recruiting strategies (e.g., sourcing, screening, interviewing) along with a solid background in HR. You will need to be confident in order to develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and be highly attentive whilst working under pressure in a high-volume environment.

Key Duties:

  • Creating and updating job description.
  • Scheduling interviews and acting as the first point of contact for talent acquisition team, hiring manager, and candidate
  • Extensive diary management for recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers
  • Managing interview logistics - booking rooms, catering requirements etc
  • Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments, and contact details) in Applicant Tracking System
  • Creating TA internal reports for internal business stakeholders to deliver insight and aid decision-making.
  • Perform background and reference checks
  • Organizing and assisting with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing the necessary paperwork and scheduling induction)
  • Administer candidate and new joiners’ experience surveys and analyze feedback
  • Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests

Kualifikasi Minimum

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience as an HR Assistant, Talent Acquisition Coordinator or a similar role will be a major plus
  • Must have excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with professional platforms and social channels, especially LinkedIn
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • A keen eye for details
