Position Summary:
Accountable for the planning & successful delivery of large projects with moderate risk, complexity, and cross-functional business impact or multiple medium-sized projects. Responsible for identifying and securing project resources and managing project schedules and budget to ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget and within agreed to scope, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Specific Responsibility :
-Defines project scope and deliverables, consistently adhering to predefined quality measurements to meet business needs and direction.
-Applies strong project management techniques and skills combined with a large complex business environment in the implementation of the solution.
-Accountable to the project stakeholders and/or other project managers applying strong leadership skills to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts.
-Accomplishes the following duties independently: Manages all aspects of the project (or portion of a larger project) over the entire life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close); Defines project scope and objectives, secures appropriate resources, develops schedules to ensure timely completion of project; Manages project financials; Ensures control of project: dealing with conflicting priorities, issues, risks, dependencies, and change; Ensures deliverables adhere to quality standards; Communicates project status effectively.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Technical Skills:
-Equivalent Bachelor's degree, Training Certification - PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL, or alike (at least 1)
-Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience
-Strong business process knowledge and acumen.
-Intermediate knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, and practices.
-Able to managed 3-5 projects simultaneously
