URGENT VACANCY ( PROPERTY IN TERESA, RIZAL )
- Maintain all properties not yet turned over to HOA
- Acceptance of Completed Facilities and Amendies in the project
- Turnover of Projects from Construction Management to Subdivision Administration
- Enforcement of Deed Restriction
- Checking of House Plans
- Asset Coordination
- Public Relations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
- Must have at least 7 years of experience, preferably with at least 2 years supervisory experience in property management and/or after sales/customer service in the real estate industry
- Preferably with experience in supervising collection of association and membership dues
- Preferably with Events Facilitation Skills.
- Solid exposure in managing a mid-high type of housing projects.
- Must be willing to work in Rizal (Teresa)
