Frontline Support Associate  

Frontline Support Unit Associate is responsible in processing buyer's request within turn-around time

Responsibilities:

• Processes the assigned daily work list within the given cycle time in an effective and efficient manner.
• Responsible in updating the statuses of accounts in the monitoring system and submission of daily report updates to keep the Supervisor on track on the work being assigned.
• Assists Frontliners in their day to day transactions with the client's requests by providing a fast and accurate computation
• Reviews and analyzes requests
• Resolves and responds to clients' requests or issues with regard to adjustment of contract/ledgers
• Performs other office duties assigned

• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Candidates should have the ability to demonstrate flexibility by easily adjusting priorities to multiple demands and unanticipated events
• Has the ability to communicate effectively; convey information and share ideas with co-employees who might find them useful
• Has keen atention to details
• High analytical skills especially for clients' requests
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and MIS
• High level of multitasking skills
• Must be a college graduate of any business-related course
• Candidates must be willing to work in MANDALUYONG CITY
