Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure that construction work of assigned project is implemented within budgeted time, cost and quality standards.
- Maximize the use of manpower, equipment, and materials allocation such that no material is wasted on the project.
- Maintain close coordination with Contractor and Planning and Engineering for the preparation and monitoring of all project documents and drawing.
- Implement the standard documentation of construction activities and prepare periodic contractor's accomplishment and engineer's project assessment.
- Review plan specifications and initiate research and development at the project level to identify cost reduction opportunities, quality improvements and construction procedure enhancements.
- Conduct periodic audit and due diligence to ensure the compliance of company construction rules and regulation.
- From time to time conducts site visits to other projects of the company as assigned by Immediate Superior.
- Prepare site instruction to contracts necessary to take effect the approved change orders, time extensions, shop drawings and other documents for proper implementation.
- Coordinate with Local Government Unit (LGU) officials and other government regulating bodies in relation to project implementation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- Required Skill(s): Literate, MS Office (word and excel), Able to Autocad, Drive Manual Vehicle
- Preferably 1 year experience specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
