System Analyst  

• Leadership
  • Leads an invidiual or team ensuring they meet and exceed Service Level Agreement
• Technical
  • Analyze system requirements
  • Do system build-up parameter onfiguration
  • Conduct QA testing
  • Provide implementation/roll-out support
• System Analysis and Functional Design
• Database handling

Experienced in the ff:

• HTML5/Cascading style sheet (CSS)
• ASP/C#/VB.Net and MS SQL/MySQL SPs
• Report query or similar tools
• Exposure to delivering enterprise-level businesswide support services.

• Minimum 4yr experience in software development and deployment, business analysis, project management, process improvement and computer systems validation.
  • Functional analysis
  • Technical leadership and related experience in Web, Mobile, C/S & SQL development on Microsoft platforms.
  • Real estate, tenancy and leasing, and property management, hospitality, supply chain, and other group applications experience is a strong plus.
• Problem-solving skills - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, develops alternative approaches and ideas.
• Excellent change management, training and mentoring skills.
• Must demonstrate high level of composure, professionalism and knowledge of IT solutions, application management through various product cycles, business environments and be able to identify risk and recommend applications and technology to address internal user needs.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• With experience liaising with vendors and industry partners.
• Customer service skills - can respond effectively to inquiries or complaints, can apply effective interpersonal skills.
• People management skills - can keep the team motivated and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Planning skills - can effectively identify tasks, organize, assign work based on competency of resources to accomplish goals.
• College degree preferably in computer science, BS Information Technology or any 4yr related course (i.e. BS Engineering)
