Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Leadership - leads an individual or team ensuring they meet and exceed their Service Level Agreement.
- Technical
- Conduct project management activities
- Manage the software development process and quality of deliverables
- Manage the ITL service management process
- Vendor management
- Responsible for project management and delivery of quality solutions and services including compliance to standards, analysis, testing, deployment, training, implementation and maintenance support of application software or solutions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Customer service skills - can respond effectively to inquiries or complaints, can apply effective interpersonal skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills - writes clearly and informatively, speaks clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills - identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully, develops alternative approaches and ideas.
- Team-building skills - provides the substance that holds the team together in common purpose toward the right objective. He/she must understand the process and dynamics required for this information.C
- College degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology (or related 4yr course/ related to the domain assignment i.e. Finance)
