Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Accountability: Leads, implements and monitors the Social Development, CSR projects, Community Social Preparations, and Employees Engagements.
Duty Statements:
- Implements and monitors of Social Development Plans for power plant compliance, in coordination with Power Plant Community Relations Officer;
- Initiates CSR projects that are aligned with the company’s core values and business objectives for potential and new projects;
- Does Community Social Preparations in company’s new projects/ventures;
- Plans and executes Employees’ Engagements with the Human Resource Department.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, any four (4)-year college course. Preferrably Developmental Studies, Developmental Management, Urban and Community Studies, Developmental Communication, Social Work or Community Development Degree.
- Must have strong analytical and planning skills.
- Must have good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Preferrably who has a knowledge in the power industry
- Must have good network in the power industry, NGO, and Foundations.
