Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Do end-to-end recruitment for Sales
- Take lead in all recruitment efforts/campaigns.
- Contact and entertain all walk-in and scheduled applicants for testing and interviews.
- Administer and check tests.
- Pool and source applicants.
- Attend school, job, and career fairs.
- Orient new hires about recruitment process and incentives.
- Conduct initial screening.
- Manage and update online job portal accounts.
- Prepare recruitment budget and route for approval.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably BS in Psychology, Human Resource, or its equivalent.
- Licensed Psychometrician is an advantage.
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in sourcing and recruiting.
- Real Estate background is an advantage.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer proficient.
- Keen to details and organized.
