Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Follow-up collection thru phone and emails.
- Prepare letter or customer correspondence related to receivables.
- Be responsible for bank transaction.
- Record and prepare deposit slips.
- Update aging of accounts receivables upon receipt of collections.
- Provide Statement of Account and reconcile accounts receivables.
- Coordinate with messenger/collector for collections (Satellite office/Metro Manila).
- File Official Receipts and documents related to accounts receivables.
- Monitor certificate of creditable withholding tax issued by clients for filing to BIR.
- Monitor Zero Vat Exemption requirements issued by clients listed in the PEZA to avail zero vat.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor’s/College degree in BS Accountancy or any other related course.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the relevant field.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Willing to work in Pasay City.
- Preferably female and single.
