Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Receives all incoming call inquiries and requests from customers.
- Manages customer interaction by identifying needs and offering a solution.
- Follows up on feedback
- Consults Team Leader on unresolved issues.
- Relays customer feedback to improve service management
- Functions as the support on disaster recovery for other centers.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 2nd year in College taking up any degree.
- Excellent English communication skills (listening, verbal and written skills).
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Good customer service skills
- Good working attitude and a good team player.
- Flexible and diplomatic in handling customer complaint issues.
- Willing to adapt to changing work schedules and dates.
- Applicant should be a Filipino citizen or holds a relevant residence status.
