- Responsible for day-to-day execution of the services on the project team.
- Coordinates with contractors and vendors and design team in the delivery of a project.
- Responsible for reviewing, restitution, recommending contractors and implementation of projects.
- Provides interface to the client/end users.
- Ensures that all project staff under his/her control are adequately instructed and trained on all matters relating to project work.
- Tasked with maintaining the professional standards of the Company, working effectively and efficiently within the project brief and time and cost constraints.
- Update the project team periodically on status of the projects/initiatives and produces regular (monthly) project reports.
- Coordinates all site works including third party vendors, ensuring works meet specifications and briefs.
- Performs other functions that maybe assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Diploma or above in Engineering/Architecture/Building Studies/Project Management related discipline or other similar qualifications.
- Able to work independently with a high level of initiatives.
- Team and client oriented.
- Good collaborative, negotiation, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Familiar with retail/commercial construction.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field and working with consultants / vendors
- Willing to travel and be assign to different locations.
