Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the preparation of tender documents, project proposal, preliminary, project budget, cashflow baseline, reports and expenses prior to approval of Project Manager and endorsement to the Finance.
- Review and compare subcontract proposals
- Maintains and monitors registers of invoices for each contract and associated subcontracts
- Review, manage and reconcile necessary Change/Variation Order claims to include in itemized bill of quantities breakdown, PMI’s or any other related document for submission to client.
- Monitors project cashflow based on target progress receivables (collection) and payables.
- Interim valuation (measured works) and assessment of payment application and agreement of final contract sum of nominated subcontractor based on actual accomplishment and project cash flow.
- Assist in establishing and implementing cost control procedure and proper cost charging

- With at least 3 years of related Job experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
