Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible in sales order preparation.
- Projectized and Retail Sales encoding including Item Coding.
- Distribute Sales Order with an attachment for Accounting, Purchasing, and Service.
- Prepare work order using Microsoft Excel.
- Requisition of delivery receipt to Accounting.
- Reimbursement/Liquidation of Allowance of Installers and Project Engineers.
- Booking of flights for Projectized Projects (Installers, Project Engineers, Service Technicians).
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Bachelor's Degreein Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent.
- Required Skills: record keeping, attention to detail, critical thinking, data management, data encoding, computer literacy.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (Engineering/Manufacturing/Construction)
