Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for revenue gain and contribution target of KPI for respective area;
- Manage responsibility for sales team on the respective area;
- Directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales whilst minimizing costs;
- Analyse the strength of the products (selling contribution, revenue contribution, contribution per respective area, etc);
- Analyse customer side (their prefferable, determine the loyal customer, etc);
- Analyse performance of respective sales team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Proven maximum 3 years experience as store supervisor in retail area;
- Proven track record in sclae the selling numbers up and KPI achiever;
- Maximum age is 35 years old;
- Minimum bachelor degree (S1) from any major;
- Flexible person and can work in fast pace environment.
- Proven skill in managing both employee and the business plan as well;
- Strong leadership and strong analytical thinking;
- Computer literacy and skill is a must.
