Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provides accounting assistance to the Accounting and Finance Department such but not limited to preparation of vouchers, Statement of Accounts to clients and other related tasks
- Persistence in realizing receivables
- Monitors due dates of all accounts payables and executes payments of accounts payable on time
- Prepares and maintains accounting documents and records
- Duties appropriate for the position
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With a college degree in either Accounting, Business, Finance or related field
- Proven accounting and finance experiences, preferably in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
- Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers
- Well organized
- Fresh graduates
- A resident of the Philippines only

Established in 1980 by an enterprising young couple, Fidel and Jovita de Jesus, this company primarily engaged in the marketing of children’s books, dictionaries, encyclopedias, and other general reference materials. The company grew and essentially maintained its reputation as one of the top ten distributors of Grolier International, Inc. and a number of local publishers.
In 19 April 1990, as part of the company’s expansion program, a change of name to F & J DE JESUS, INCORPORATED took place, maintaining its philosophy of QUALITY SERVICE TO ITS CLIENTELE.
Presently, our company has established itself as one of the country's leader into academic content solutions both for print and non-print programs.
