Freight Operator | Import/Export  

On a daily basis, you'll be working with your team of operators and operations manager to ensure that we deliver on our agreed upon SLA with customers. You'll be processing documents and making sure the information gets into the right systems without any errors.

• BL Data Entry & Generation
• Import/Export Customs Declarations
• Shipment Manifest Data Entry
• Billing Data Entry/Preparations
• Invoice Data Entry/Preparations
• Arrival Notice Preparation
• Shipment Tracking Data Entry

We're looking for extremely detail oriented individuals who have previous worked as an import/export manager at a freight forwarder or large shipper. These are people who have worked with BoLs, AWBs, PLs, Invoices and more on a daily basis.

You'll be using our proprietary technology that automates most of the work for you. We will train you and you'll be handling 10x more customers with a fraction of the effort.

• Detail oriented
• Worked at a freight forwarder or large shipper for 1 - 3 years
• Familiar w/ BoLs, AWBs, PLs, Invoices and more
• Cargowise experience
• Have access to fast and stable internet at home
• Have computer access

Remote Work Technical Requirements
Candidates must be able to provide and support their own computer hardware, software, and internet. The minimum technical requirements for remote work at Expedock are the following:

• PC Hardware (Windows) with ≥ 8GB RAM
  • Intel Core i5 6th gen or above
  • AMD Ryzen 3 or above
  • Internet Service
• Minimum speed of 10 mbps
  • Uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement for this remote work position.
