Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversees human resources responsibilities and activities of the organization
- Assists with all internal and external HR related matters
- Assists with the recruitment process & onboarding process
- Handles employee relations, performance reviews, and employee related government regulatories.
- Handles and monitors training and development
- Proposes, implements, and evaluates employee engagement activities; recommending strategies to motivate and engage employees
- Updated on the latest HR trends & best practices
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must have a degree in HR or related courses
- Must have at least 4 years of experience in the HR field
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and regulatory compliance
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Has <gwmw class="ginger-module-highlighter-mistake-type-3" id="gwmw-15743966462337231958965">excellent record</gwmw> keeping skills and organized, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has excellent in email, MS Office and related HR software.
- Has remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
- Has strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
