Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage the shared Design Department of Eventscapemanila Inc. & Echochannelsasia Group Inc. with the following core role and responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, train and mentor the Design team/department of EventscapeXEchochannels.
- Work with all members of the art & multimedia department to evaluate client or company needs, develop project strategies, and create visual elements for marketing campaigns and set design for physical or virtual events.
- Coordinate with internal or external clients to set creatives-related goals, provide updates, receive feedback, and present the final campaign. Align with other departments to create a cohesive, effective, winning campaign.
- Conduct research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends for effective use in creative executions.
- Monitor and manage the quality of output of Art/Design Team or any booked artist for Echochannels/Eventscape projects – 2D and 3D output.
- Troubleshoot design concerns, quality check design and videos
- Troubleshoot art staff concerns especially on workflow, traffic and technical competencies
- Improve and elevate department’s work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, improving on Art department workflow, taste and culture of excellence
- Personally execute content whenever necessary, such as when manpower cannot attain the correct level of quality or taste, to troubleshoot an escalated client concern with quality, or when manpower is full.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Excellent leadership skills
- At least 5 years working in a related field - strong work experience
- Must submit creative portfolio
- Preferably have had ACD or CD role in agency
