Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Executes BTL projects - production of events, activations and brand promotions through: planning, implementation and control
- Executes IMC services: branding, ATL, PR, digital marketing, e-commerce, social media marketing, etc.
- Coordinates and negotiates with partners, vendors, talents, and suppliers
- Sources out effective and reliable quality suppliers and talents
- Handles project budget and timetable management
- Conducts pre-production planning and logistics preparation
- Handles event proper execution & post-project servicing
- Mentoring Jr. Production Managers and Production Coordinators; to develop and maximize their skills and potential
- Overall teamplay and collaboration within Marketing/Project Team/Production
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate: Course-related to Events, Advertising, Marketing or Communication Arts
- At least 3 years of working experience as a production/events manager
- Preferably with work experience in event production, tv production, agency work, or activations
- Possesses a strong analytical and planning skills;
- Has good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
