Senior UI/UX Designer / Web Designer (BGC/Makati)  

As a Sr. Web Designer, you will participate and lead world-class projects, while working in a collaborative environment.

As a Sr. Web Designer you will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct research and benchmark customer’s competitors to document the expectation of the customer and the practice of this industry
• Contribute in the creation of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site map that illustrate the functional value proposition and the user experience of the design
• Propose a powerful design and UX patterns based on initial wireframes and storyboards
• Communicate effectively to development teams the key idea and points of interest to ensure that the design expectations are met
• Deliver to the development team the user interface, assets and guidelines,
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards, in partnership with the Business Analyst and Developers,
• Work closely with various departments and foreign counterparts to discuss concepts and brainstorm project briefs.

This role is for direct hire and open to both Filipinos and Foreign nationals currently based in PH

For direct hire

• 5 – 10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent presentation skills
• User research, usability testing and prototyping knowledge
• Proficient in design tools (E.g. SketchApp, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, etc)
• Clear understanding and love design principles
• Wildly creative, meticulous and addicted to the quality of craft
• Able to work independently but can also thrive well in a collaborative environment
• Has a deep sense of work ethics and accountability
• Comfortable in a multi-cultural environment
• Amenable to travel if required
