Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify any potential issue
- Answer customer inquiries regarding Etobee products to resolve problems
- Understand and consolidate customer demand for products, feedback to product managers for product improvement
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Have a good understanding of support system
- Response quickly and has a friendly attitude
- Experience in software development especially Oracle and SQL Server databases
- Knowledgeable of full software life cycle
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, network cabling and wireless network connection is a plus
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
