Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Supervise the Civil Works / Waterproofing Service Team, Operations, and Resources to deliver profitable growth.
- Support weekly and monthly one-on-one and team pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Support the Civil Works / Waterproofing Service Team in their service meetings at project sites.
- Develop and execute strategies and expansion plans for the Civil Works / Waterproofing Service Team.
- Conduct training for staff and customers.
- Ensure compliance with local and iternational Quality and Safety Standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and manage their expectations and concerns.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with license.
- At least 3 years of work experience in Construction Engineering and Managerial position related activities.
- Computer literate.
- Project Management skills.
- Excellent in oral and written English communication skills.
