Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborates with the Management in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
- Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
- Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Marketing or Business studies.
- At least 5 years of working experience or training related to sales in a food industry, hotels, and distribution company.
- With analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Willing to travel in various provinces
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- With valid driver’s license.
- Willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
