Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Support the Head of HR in the development of relevant HR programs such as:
- recruitment
- compensation and benefit
- performance management
- employee engagement
- Provide support in the execution of the day-to-day HR functions or activities of the company.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, Social Science or other-related field
- At least 3-years as an HR Assistant performing HR generalist role
- Experience in a servicing firm or agency setting is an advantage
